Shipments Delivery Time:

Depending upon the service you chose, the average delivery time for your order to arrive is 1-2 weeks. During checkout, a list of shipping options and their corresponding prices and timeframes will be displayed.  You may also view shipping charges and timeframes through the "Calculate Shipping" link in the shopping cart. The approximate timeframes on the shipping link is transit time for the packages only. 

It takes an additional 3 - 4 business days of handling time, so please allow for that in your calculations.

Shipping Method:

Most items are shipped via USPS and UPS.  When multiple shipping options are available, we will indicate the corresponding price and an estimated timeframe for each service.  Orders shipped via UPS cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.  Please provide a valid street address if you chose UPS to deliver your item. Orders containing more than one item may be shipped together in one box, if they are not too fragile or large.

Shipping outside the USA:

We welcome international buyers and are proud to ship to countries around the world.  International customers are responsible for possible customs duties/tarrifs that may be imposed by local law on incoming international shipments. Also, please check with the Customs Bureau in the destination country to ensure that the item you order is not subject to any commodity-specific import regulations or restrictions (including quarantine) that might affect your shipment.  We cannot be responsible for any items quarantined, destroyed or not delivered as a result of an import restriction in any country other than the USA.

Address Errors/ Refused or Unclaimed Shipments:

Please ensure that the address you provide is accurate.  We are not responsible for re-routing, forwarding or redelivering the package. There will be a 25% fee per package, with a minimum of $10,  for all refused or unclaimed shipments.  Also, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges assessed by the shipping company.  For international deliveries, customers are responsible for all customs charges incurred due to refused or unclaimed shipments.  Shipping charges are not refundable on refused or unclaimed shipments.
